About Our Journey

My Canadian Journey: From International Student to Entrepreneur
In 2019, I arrived in Canada as an international student, eager to pursue my post-graduation at Cape Breton University. After completing my studies, I joined VON, an organization I deeply admire. However, my 8-hour job left me seeking more fulfillment and a chance to pursue my summer goals.

Reflecting on past experiences helping friends move, I recognized a need for hassle-free moving services, particularly for international students. With just $500, I began exploring this idea, studying the market, and identifying gaps in the community’s moving needs.

Determined, I borrowed funds from friends to purchase our first vehicle and launched NTP Moving and Courier Services. Initially, I managed everything alone, balancing my full-time job, household chores, and this new venture. Today we are growing steadily with support of Customers and trustworthy Employees.
Today, I’m proud to say NTP Express is growing, thanks to our community’s, friends’, and family’s unwavering support. We’re grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the moving industry.

Our Key Features

Variety

We offer you a wide variety of vehicles and services to choose from. Whether you are sending an envelope, and you need a small car, or sending a cargo van full of we have the right equipment to handle the job.

Service Vehicle

We have a fully equipped service vehicle on the road ready to go in the event that one of our vehicles breaks down during a delivery. The service vehicle will respond to breakdown calls immediately.

Training

Our drivers are fully trained for their job; a driver is never just put out on the road without training. Our drivers are also trained to be polite, courteous and go that extra step to keep the customer happy.

Driver Conduct

Our drivers are always dressed properly and conduct themselves in a very professional manner when dealing with you and your clients. We all know how embarrassing it can be to have an improperly dressed driver who is rude and impolite.

NTP Express Carriers is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art GPS tracking system, ensuring precise monitoring of your shipments. This technology allows us to provide real-time updates, offering complete transparency throughout the delivery process.

We are fully computerized. Our drivers are equipped with digital communication devices and dedicated delivery application. The chances of an error are greatly minimized by utilizing full communication and digital printouts of each order.
